Ideal for small to medium sized operations, Tubeline\'s new TL1700SR Individual BaleWrapper takes command of your square and round bale wrapping. An easy to use wrap counter allows you to set the desired number of rotations of wrap per bale and displays the current rotation.
Drive Selection
Hydraulically powered, the TL1700SR can easily switch between round and square bales by moving the secondary drive shaft on either of the appropriate stub shaft. Each stub shaft changes the drive ratio to provide the appropriate advancement of the bale.
Integrated Bale Mat
The wrapper's integrated bale mat protects the wrapped bale from being punctured as it is dumped.
Offset Twin Wrap
Tubeline's Twin Wrap Kit laminates two layers together to form a stronger 2-ply layer of plastic. The Twin Wrap Kit is offset, creating a 4" lead which ensures optimal overlap as the film is layered.

Model Configurations
- TL1700SR Is the base configuration, it requires tractor hydraulics and an operator to run the controls.
- TL1700SR-MFC Adds a manual flow control to the wrapper. This is necessary for tractors not equipped with flow control to manage the rotation speed of the table.
- TL1700SR-P Adds a power pack to the base model. Although not reliant on tractor hydraulics it does require an operator to operate the controls from the wrapper.
- TL1700SR-A The auto cycling option adds a LCD control panel to easily make adjustments to the wrap cycles as well as a wireless remote. Though it doesn't require two operators it does still require a second tractor to supply the hydraulic power.
- TL1700SR-PA Is equipped with both the power pack and auto cycle. A single operator can run the wrapper from the loader seat using the wireless remote. This model also includes an auxiliary hydraulic oil cooler to manage temperature.

TL1700 Series invidual wrappers can be purchased are available as a preconfigured model or can be upgraded with the options shown below. This allows you to upgrade your wrapper over time should farm operations change through the years.
Manual Flow Control
Required for tractors that do not have flow control, the manual flow control allows you to adjust the rotation speed of the table.
13HP Hydraulic Power Pack
The hydraulic power pack utlizes a 13HP Honda engine to keep both oil and the wrapper moving efficiently.
Automatic Wrapping with Remote Control
Convert your TL 1700SR Bale Wrapper to fully automatic cycling with our Automatic Wrapping Option. Featuring an easy to use console for wrapper initializing and setup, you can also remote start and stop from the tractor’s seat.
